Our Concept ?

We rent complete winter outfits — from head to toe — designed to be as versatile as possible for all kinds of winter activities in Québec.

Where did the idea come from?

When Émilie, our founder, launched her first winter tourism company Tuque & Bicycle Expériences, she quickly realized there was a real need for a reliable winter clothing rental service.

She started small, mainly serving guests from Château Frontenac, then expanded to Montréal — and now delivers all the way to Mont-Tremblant.

Pioneers in Québec

We were the first company in Québec to offer winter clothing rental to the general public — since 2021.

Even today, we stand out by offering more than just clothing: personalized assistance, exceptional customer service, and thoughtful attention to every detail included in your winter bag.

When booking, provide your sizes (weight, height, usual clothing and shoe sizes) and travel details.

If you don’t have everything yet, you can still reserve now and update your information later — it’s always better to book early!

During delivery or pickup, please allow about 30 minutes for fitting.

We always bring one size up and one size down in case adjustments are needed.

Delivery and fittings are available:

• At your accommodation (hotel or private address) in Old Québec, Montréal, or Mont-Tremblant
• Or at our Québec City office — 112 rue Saint-Paul, Old Port Québec, by appointment

Now that you’re ready, enjoy Québec’s best winter activities:

• Urban walks and guided tours
• Snowshoeing and cross-country skiing
• Light hiking
• Ice fishing
• Downhill skiing and snowboarding
• Short snowmobile or dogsled rides*

*Note: our outfits are very warm for regular outdoor use but may be too light for long, high-wind activities such as snowmobiling or dogsledding.

For those, plan extra thermal layers or use specialized equipment provided on site.

At the end of your stay, simply leave your bag at the reception — our team will pick it up as agreed.

We collect rentals from:

• Your accommodation (hotel or private address) in Old Québec, Montréal, or Mont-Tremblant
• Our Québec City office (self-drop possible outside opening hours)
• Or Locapaq Montréal (self-drop anytime)

Our all-in-one package includes everything you need to enjoy the cold with comfort:

• Winter coat
• Snow pants
• Gloves or mittens
• Neck warmer (scarf)
• 2 beanies (1 light + 1 warm)
• Winter boots
• Ski goggles
• Blivet phone pouch (keeps your phone warm and safe)
• Electric boot dryer
• Transport bag

Also included:

• Cleaning fees
• In-person delivery & fitting at your hotel in Old Québec, Montréal, or Mont-Tremblant*
• Pick-up after your stay at your hotel, at our Québec City office, or self-drop at Locapaq Montréal (1360 Boulevard Rosemont)
